The UBS Career Comeback program, in partnership with the London School of Economics, aims to help professionals plan for this transition. Offered at no charge to qualified participants, the three-day program is targeted to professionals with at least five years experience (preferably in financial services) and a master's degree who have been away from work 18 months - 7 years.
