About Us

Welcome to the new look FMWF.com. We’ve dramatically improved what we’ve got on offer and will be working flat out to keep you up to date, informed and entertained.

We are delighted that we have launched the long awaited SAIRA’S DAIRY, the inside story of an entrepreneur, by Saira Khan, who shot to fame in BBC’s The Apprentice and has not looked back since.

With her infectious enthusiasm and no-holds-barred style, Saira is sharing her secrets, confessing to her mistakes and giving down-to-earth advice to all would-be entrepreneurs. Saira is an amazing supporter of the Financial Mail Women’s Forum and it’s a pleasure to welcome her as a regular contributor to FMWF.com.

She is joined by fashion legend, Hilary Riva, who is writing an occasional must-read blog for our new Third Age section designed for the slightly older women.

Inspired by her favourite Radio programme, In our Time, Hilary has decided to gather some friends to act as her muses for the rather less formal IN HER LUNCHTIME column.

A former managing director of the Warehouse fashion chain and chief executive of the British Fashion Council, Hilary is promising to range far and wide over issues of concern to more mature women.

We are also joined by other fabulous columnists including Rachael Wood who has launched a lifestyle coaching column and Peta Fluendy who adds to her regular employment law column by helping you deal with any of the legal worries you have about your workplace.

Financial Mail’s Enterprise editor, Helen Loveless, is posting all the latest news and analysis vital for keeping your small or medium sized business one step ahead of the competition, while Dan Atkinson gives you his take on the state of the economy.

And – long overdue from a website that belongs to the number one newspaper for business and money, Financial Mail on Sunday – we have launched a fantastic new personal finance and investments section. Gaynor Pengelly brings you up to the minute news on all the major changes in the world of money and is here to answer all your personal finance questions.

We have introducing investment advice from Financial Mail’s experts Joanne Hart and Schroders’ investment manager Andy Brough to help you pick the winners if you decide to spend some of your hard earned cash in the stock market.

Our fantastic range of news and features has been broadened to include more about travel, health and family issues and, under the brilliant stewardship of FMWF correspondent, Vicki Owen, the range and depth of coverage for students is dramatically enhanced.
